Principal-led. Our principals have led 350+ commercial projects across the western United States.
We specify the roofing system the building actually needs and warranty it through manufacturers we have worked with for decades. We will tell you when you don’t need a new roof.
Most commercial roof proposals begin with the contractor’s preferred deliverable: a tear-off and full replacement. We begin upstream of that decision — by asking what the building actually needs.
Sometimes the answer is a full replacement, on a specific system, at a specific manufacturer warranty tier. Sometimes the answer is a properly engineered silicone restoration that adds 25 years of warranted performance for half the installed cost. Sometimes it is a recover system. We carry the credentials to deliver any of these to specification grade, and we recommend the one that serves the asset.
We have walked away from six-figure deals because the right answer was a $40,000 coating, not a $200,000 replacement. We will tell you when you don’t need a new roof. That is the brand.

A properly engineered silicone restoration delivers 50-year manufacturer-backed performance at roughly half the installed cost of a tear-off and replacement. It also avoids the disposal cost and operational disruption of removing the existing system.
It is the right answer when three conditions are met: the existing roof is structurally sound, the substrate is dry or properly addressed, and the deck is not contaminated beyond a remediation threshold. We assess all three on every site survey before we recommend a coating.
If any of those conditions fails, we recommend replacement. We do not coat over wet insulation. We do not coat over deteriorated substrate. We do not extend an asset that should be retired. The integrity of the recommendation is what carries the brand.

“When the roof is at end-of-life and the building has the load, the math almost always favors bundling. Federal tax credits, accelerated depreciation, and avoided utility expense combine to cover the financed payment — often within seven years — while the roof gets replaced inside the same capital structure.”

“Three contractors quoted a tear-off. Capstone quoted the right answer. The building stayed open through the install.”
Most commercial roof estimates omit the three numbers that matter: lifecycle cost, asset preservation value, and the differential between replacement and a properly engineered restoration. This calculator returns all three.
Enter building footprint, current roof type, and approximate age. The calculator returns an estimated replacement range, an estimated coating-system range where applicable, and a 25-year lifecycle differential.

“On time. On budget. The first time. The proposal price is the contract price.”
We assess three conditions on every site survey: structural soundness, substrate moisture, and deck contamination. If all three pass, a silicone restoration is the right answer. If any fails, we recommend replacement.
We work with leading roofing manufacturers and offer warranty options that can cover both materials and workmanship, depending on the system selected for your project.
Most commercial roofing projects are completed within two to six weeks, though timelines can vary based on building size, weather conditions, and project complexity.
Yes, our team manages the entire permitting process and coordinates all required inspections to ensure your project remains compliant with local regulations.
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate roofing work with solar and HVAC contractors to streamline scheduling, reduce disruptions, and maximize project efficiency.
We develop phased construction plans, maintain clear communication, and implement safety measures to minimize disruptions for tenants and daily business operations.
Any project changes are clearly documented, reviewed with the client, and approved before work proceeds, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.
We offer a variety of financing solutions, including flexible payment plans, commercial lending options, and customized programs designed to fit your budget.
Fifteen minutes of intake gives us enough to decide whether the project is a fit. We come back with a clear answer either way.
